How much does a Zephyr Trial Pack cost?
Nothing — the Trial Pack is free. Spoke Medical arranges delivery to your clinic at no cost. In return, we ask you to share your experience through a short feedback form.
Who can request a free Trial Pack?
Any clinician or clinic involved in ear wax removal or surgical suction — audiologists, ENT consultants, GP practices, dedicated microsuction clinics, and hospital outpatient or surgical facilities.
What happens after I submit the request?
We reply by email to confirm your shipping details, dispatch the Trial Pack to your clinic, and follow up once you have had time to use it. The feedback form takes only a few minutes to complete.
Is there any obligation to buy?
No. There is no commitment to purchase. The programme exists so clinicians can evaluate Zephyr first-hand before making any procurement decision.

Is Zephyr a regulated medical device?
Yes. Zephyr is CE-marked as a Class II medical device under EU MDR 2017/745 and is approved for all surgical suction procedures as well as ear wax removal.
